Do you wish you could have longer, stronger, thicker hair? If so, I have the best products and beauty hacks to share with you!

Growing out your hair can be difficult, especially when you have to constantly keep cutting/trimming it to remove damaged ends! However, to avoid having to cut your hair as often you should protect your hair from heat damage. For starters, blow drying your hair is one of the easiest ways to damage your hair. Let your hair air dry, especially if you plan on ironing it in some way. Doubling up on heating products is severely damaging to your hair. To protect your hair from heat damage, always use a heat protectant spray or cream that is free from alcohol and sulfates, as these can add to overall damage and split ends. To repair split ends, this "Split Mender" product from BTZ is a miracle worker! You can get this from your local Sally Beauty Supply store or Amazon.com.

Another way to protect your hair from heat damage is by creating a DIY hair mask made from hair loving ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil etc. Combing these oils together with a thickening agent like coconut oil or honey will leave your hair super hydrated and protected from heat damage. Castor oil is the key ingredient in my routine for hair growth, I can not rave about it enough! I use castor oil on my scalp, eyebrows, and eyelashes and have seen a significant difference in the growth rate and thickness of all of them. This is a multi-functional, all natural ingredient that's inexpensive too! I picked this up from Amazon.com.

In addition, a hair mask that has helped my hair grow significantly is the Lee Stafford Hair Growth mask. After shampooing, apply a generous amount from root to tip and leave this in for 5-10 minutes and then rinse. Be sure to concentrate it on the scalp and root of your hair. As a result of this mask, using it once a week, it made my hair really silky and smooth and I noticed my hair growth has been faster than normal. I picked this up from my local Ulta store but it's also sold on Amazon.com.
Lastly, a very important step to improve your overall hair health is to drink lots of water, which will also benefit so much more like your skin, nails, digestion etc. Also taking a whole food biotin/collagen supplement that does not contain man-made chemicals, can help speed up your hair growth process, along with strengthening your nails, and improving your skin! I highly recommend that you do your research on ingredients and check supplement labels before buying or consuming anything.
I hope this helps you reach your hair goals!
